These problems have been seriously affecting my daily activities. As I work from home, a stable and fast internet connection is crucial for attending virtual meetings and completing my assignments on time. Unfortunately, due to the unstable service, I have missed several important meetings and faced delays in submitting my work. Moreover, even basic browsing and communication have become frustratingly difficult.

I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this issue. I expect either a technical team to fix the problem as soon as possible or a partial refund for the period during which the service has been unreliable. I trust you will treat this matter with urgency and respond promptly.
