I am Olimjon Khamidillayev and a regular customer to your internet provider company and service. I have been using your internet provider for more than 7 years.
However, in recent times your internet provider does not work well like in past times. I faced many problems your internet service especially after evening. Over the past month, this issue has been happening often lately. Sometimes, internet do not work during a whole day.
I watch football matches on almost every weekend at night. Thus your provider works too slow and it affects the quality of the livestream or sometimes I miss the match. Moreover, my brother works remotely from home online, according to him, due to internet outages during the daytime, he has had to go and work at a computer club located farther from home. He wastes more time and money on the road.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected better quality from a reputable internet provider service like yours. I kindly request immediate action to the fix this problem or offer compensation.
I hope this matter will be resolved promptly. Otherwise, I may have to take further action through consumer protection service.
