Dear American Airlines staff,

I’m writing to report an incident that happened to me during my recent flight with your airline. Last week I was on flight number 09674 from New York to Rome, ticket number 6372936. Unfortunately, after I landed, I discovered my luggage was missing.

My bag is a medium-sized suitcase, red color with a checkered black and white pattern on the side. It contains my personal belongings including very important items such as my laptop, iPod and headphones. Moreover, there are documents which are very important for my job.

I would really appreciate if you could locate and return my bag. In case you succeed, my address is written on the label attached to it.
