Many people argue whether advertisements are necessary or not. Some people think that advertisements just makes us buy unnecessary products and wastes our money. However, I believe that advertisements are very important. Advertisements help spread awareness about a product, boosts the product’s image and increases economy.

Firstly, advertisements help spread awareness about the item. In many situations, different goods are left unknown to the public. With advertisements, more people would get to know about specific products, making it more popular and increasing the sales.

Secondly, an advertisement boosts the image of the item. When different attractive and appealing advertisements are created for a product, the viewer of the advertisement would be interested as different qualities of the product mentioned in the advertisement would leave a good impression on it. When the product seems good, the viewer will feel the urge to buy it.

Finally, advertisements increase the sales of the brand. Advertisements help to sell more products to the customer and it will create demand for the item. Due to the increase in the demand, the production of the item would also be increased, creating more job opportunities, which inturn boosts the economy.

In conclusion, even though many critics say advertisements increases the cost of the product, I strongly believe advertisements are the biggest tool for a producer or service provider to be noticed by the people as they help spread awareness about the item, helps enhance the brand value and thereby increasing sales which eventually boosts the economy.
