The given pictures explains the production process of biofuel, which is called ethanol.
Overall, the process is cyclic and takes place in the industry. It consists of six main stages, beginning with using sunlight and carbon dioxide to generate power, which serve as the raw materials, and ending up with the production of ethanol.
In the first stage, energy is made from two resources, including sunlight and carbon dioxide and then, the plants and tree grow by energy consumption. In the following stage, the plants are harvested by special trunk and subjected to milling machine in the pre-processing phase to yield cellulose.
In the next step, cellulose is processed in the laboratory by utilizing some chemical compounds and sugars is generated. Subsequently, microbes are added to sugars and ethanol is produced. Finally, ethanol is consumed by transportation and carbon dioxide is generated again to be used as the raw material for biofuel substance generation.
