Dear Sir,
I am writing to provide feedback on the Microsoft Excel course I recently completed. I am happy to inform you about the course content, its relevance to my role, and my thoughts on its applicability to the team at Maverick Computers.
The title of the course was Advanced Functions of Microsoft Excel. The course focused on demonstrating the use of various complex formulas in Excel. I learned how to use these advanced formulas to manipulate data, create charts, and derive insights.
As an Analyst in the Human Resources Department, the course was particularly useful to me. Many of my tasks involve numbers and data, such as analyzing personnel data for engagement surveys and HR reports. I am confident that I will apply the formulas I learned to analyze HR data in new ways and gain deeper insights.
However, I believe this course may not be as beneficial for the broader employee base at our company. Our workforce includes individuals in roles that are not primarily quantitative, such as office administration, project management, and marketing. Since the course is mandatory for all employees, I suggest reconsidering its necessity for those whose roles do not require advanced Excel skills. This would help us avoid unnecessary expenditure of time and resources.
I hope you find my feedback helpful.
Best regards,
Riyadh
