Band 5+: you visit a sports centre regularly, and there is a problem with the changing rooms in it. You have complained about it several times but with no success. Write a letter to the manager of the sports centre. In your letter, describe what the problem with the changing rooms is say what happened the last time you complained explain what you want the manager to do

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a satisfied customer of your gym for a long time. However, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction about changing room’s issue.

The concern I complained is that changing room has been always smell of dirty these days. We discussed this issue with other members. And, we decided to inform to the service staff. If it were not for curbing this phenomenon, which leads to health problems. Not only this dirty smell makes a chance to environment pollution, but it also affect members’ hygiene health.

Although, I informed the information desk, I have not received well respond yet. However, the issue has not exactly addressed or tackled. The last time I complained to them two weeks ago, and despite their promise to fix that, nothing significant has been done.

Could you hire new people who can take care fresh air daily for cleaning. Thereby, increasing the number of visitors to your sports center. In my opinion, all rooms used to be cleaned twice a day.
