Dear Sir/Madam.

I hope this letter finds you well, I am writing with Aim to express my unsatisfactory experience concerning changing rooms of sports centre. Additionally, my continuous attempts of raising complaints with staff on duty has not been resulted fruitful so far.

I have been a member of sports centre from past couple of years, but from last few months i have been noticing that changing rooms are not only nasty most of the time, but also majority lockers of respective room are broken.

I still remember, few weeks ago, my wallet was stolen due to compromised locking facility of lockers. Due to which, i immediately informed personnel on duty with the expectation of seeing a fixed lockers on my next visit. However, issue has not been resolved yet.

I kindly request you to replace locks alongside investigating the matter regarding unanswered complaints as soon as possible, to avoid any mishaps in future. And also, to enhance customer service at the centre.

I hope my issue will be resolved.
