Dear Sir,

I have been working for your company for three years with sincerity. I wish to work for six months at our head office in France to gain some work experience with foreign colleagues, showcase my ability to work with people from different backgrounds, and demonstrate my skills in managing customers efficiently.

Despite this, I would ensure that all my responsibilities are fulfilled during my absence. I would arrange for someone to cover my tasks and ensure that the work continues smoothly even in my absence.

I would be grateful if you could personally request the higher authorities to consider sending me to the head office in France, where I can represent myself as an international employee.
