Dear Avinash,

I’m writing this letter to apologize on delay in returning your polarized camera. As you know, i have asked your camera to capture good pictures with my friends, during our trip to Ottawa. The actual plan of returning to home is on Thursday, but unfortunately we stayed little longer, due to thunderstorms. Hope you understand.

By the way, there are no damages or scratches on your camera, it’s exactly the same way you have given to me. But we took lots of photos, and camera ran out of storage. I make sure that I will transfer them to my laptop and free up the space for you.

Also, I would like to thank you for letting me lend your camera, it was so helpful for capturing the beautiful memories with my friends. I will return your camera when i come back home. I appreciate your help in lending your camera.
