The number of calls for emergency in Canada is considerably higher than France but Argentina is gradually decline by emergency calls. The average time spent emergency cases before treatment in Canada and France are slowly decreased whereas Russia is rapidly rise on emergency calls.
In France, people utilize electricity which are steadily increases from 32mw to 33 mw while Canada is also the second largest from 26 mw to 38 mw respectively. Argentina is the lowest from 9 mw to 5mw whereas the consumption of electricity in Japan and Russia did not change.
