The charts show electricity use, number of emergency phone calls and time spent on emergency cases which compare five different countries during one week.

Overall, people use electricity who lived in France is the largest among all cities during one week. The number of calls for emergency in Canada is considerably higher than France but Argentina is gradually decline by emergency calls. The average time spent emergency cases before treatment in Canada and France are slowly decreased whereas Russia is rapidly rise on emergency calls.

In France, people utilize electricity which are steadily increases from 32mw to 33 mw while Canada is also the second largest from 26 mw to 38 mw respectively. Argentina is the lowest from 9 mw to 5mw whereas the consumption of electricity in Japan and Russia did not change.

Figure show that the Canada is dramatically rise to above 160 while number of people who lived in France and Japan made phone calls are not stable. Moreover, Argentina is noticeably decline to under 20 and Russia significantly go up to about 120.

While time spent on patient before treatment is totally remain in all countries except Russia where the time from 12 minutes to 28 minutes during the week.
