There are quite a few examples worth mentioning where my analysing workloads led to significant impact on the company’s strategic improvements and migration to better solutions and systems.

One notable case was our company’s dependences on “on-prem” exchange server for employees email, which required a continuous maintenance for system patch updates and upgrade. And, on the other hand, we needed a good solution for endpoint security to protect employee’s PC.

After assessing the performance, risks, and future scalability for our company, in August 2024 I recommended migrating to Microsoft 365 cloud. This offered integrated cloud email and Microsoft Defender, providing both reliability and advanced security for endpoints. Now, after our migration we have full control over all employee’s PC for security with zero downtime of the company emails.

Another example was company IT network documentation. Due to the company’s continual growth, we suffered documenting all the IT assets and providing the required list when high-level management requested it with every single detail. After a deep analyze of the issue, I started installing a new system on our virtualized environment rather than using excel sheet or manual entries. The new tool can discover IT equipment and automatically add it to the inventory. Now, after I completed this milestone, we can provide any IT related data in a click and align with the company’s future growth
