Many people think that the money they earn should be spent for themself instead of paying taxes to the state. From my perspective,I disagree with this statement because of these following reasons
Firstly,residents need to pay tax and other charges because it is crucial for the equality of society. This money from citizens is beneficial and it is a contribution for the budget of the government. This means it will be used for society in order to tackle social problems such as transportation or environmental issues,so that all members of the community can receive the advantages because this investment is not used for any individual or organization. Additionally, paying personal tax also targets to balance the rich and poor,avoids the discrimination among classes in society.
Another reason is if people pay an amount of their salary for taxes, it can encourage the development of the economy. This payment ensures competition among individuals in the area because they need to work and make more money in order to pay for their basic needs,also seeking job opportunities. Not only that,it attracts the human resources for companies and organizations and this means the profit which is made will grow even more,which is extremely important for the economy of the state. If not,both the economic growth and the state’s budget can be decreased,which will affect the welfare for residents.
In conclusion, paying tax to the state plays an important role for the development of the country because it not only ensures equality for every member of the society but also fosters the growth of the economy in the state.
