Dear John,

I am Ekaterina and we met on a plane from London to Paris last week. We talk about your business and you kindly suggested me to join your team in one of the restaurants in Paris.

I write to you because after some hesitation, I have finally decided to give it a try and become one of your manager. I hope that the position is still avaliable.

We disscussed already some of chores for the position, so I will provide some reasons why I can be suitable. Firstly, I have some experience on a leading position with team of 5 people and I know how to softly motivate people do their job. Secondly, I know how to complete annual reports. I am highly responsible and tidiness person, so you will never have any delay from the my area of work.
