The pie charts provide information on the percentage of electricity sources in four different countries from 2003 to 2008.
Overall, Morocco and Vietnam were the countries which used only two types of energy to produce electricity. However, India and Sweden utilised nuclear power for electricity production, where in the latter country this type of power served as one of the main sources of energy. The proportion of fossil fuel was predominant in India and Vietnam, whereas in the remaining couple of countries it was hydro power which accounted for the largest proportion.
Focusing on two countries, namely Morocco and Vietnam, it is clear that they used only hydro power and fossil fuel to produce energy for electricity. Interestingly, hydro power made up the largest proportion, hefty 95%, whereas in Vietnam this category accounted for 44%. Looking at another category, namely fossil fuel it constituted 56%. In stark contrast, in Morocco this type of source demonstrated the lowest figure, only 5 %.
Regarding India and Sweden, unlike couple of countries mentioned above, they used nuclear power to generate electricity. However, this type op energy accounted for the least in India, mere 4%, it was fossil fuel that showed the identical proportional numbers in Sweden. It is also clear that fossil fuel constituted the largest proportion just over 82%. By contrast, it was hydro power which made up the largest share, more than a half. Nuclear power was responsible for the remaining 44% in this country.
