Overall, the most notable feature about the plan is the housing areas, which are predominant in the map. Moreover, another noteworthy element is a ringroad that runs around the town.
In the center of the map, a new Town center with ample shops will be errected, in which 3 parking areas and 2 bus stations are located in the west and east. Looking at the Northern side of the proposed plan, a road will divide the housing areas into 2 sections. Lying on the top of the layout are 3 recreational areas, another 3 can also be spotted around the housings. An industial site will be constructed to the North-west of the Town center.
Regarding the remaining area of the blueprint, a large zone is designated for industrial purposes in the South-east. The housing areas will be concentrated in the South-west of the map, among which some recreations will be scattered. Eventually, the ringroad connected with some other roads can be easily seen throughout the plan.
