The map depicts an urban planning blueprint for a newly designated town.
It is noticable that the place is projected to encompass two main areas including suburbs and downtown connecting to each other by a system of ring roads and commuting streets, satisfying living demands of residents involving acommodation, entertaiment, transportation and employment.
At the heart of the downtown is projected to be a large square being the converging point of all roads in which there will be parking lots and bus stand at all corners except for the southeast one. From there, four main roads is planned to divide the downtown into four main parts on which there will be recreational aminities, raising accessibility. Additonally, housing blocks is situated to the conrner of the square.
Crossing the ringroads circling the downtown is the outskirts. The area on the west edge, the northeast and south west corner are designed for residential area, while the remaining area are industrial zones. Addtionally, initating from the northeast, northwest and southeast corner are roads which then ultimately end in the ringroads, facilitating the commuting from the suburbs to the downtown.
