The map illustrates the proposed layout of a newly planned town.
Overall, the town is clearly bisected into two broadly symmetrical halves by a central road axis, with housing constituting the predominant land use across both sections. Industry is confined to the periphery, situated at the northern extreme of the western half and the southern corner of the eastern half, while essential public facilities, including a bus stand, parking areas, and recreational spaces, are concentrated near the town centre.
Regarding the western half, residential housing occupies the majority of the space, with multiple housing plots (H) scattered throughout, from the northern boundary down to the southern edge. An industrial zone is positioned at the northern tip of this section, clearly separated from the residential areas. A network of internal roads (R) connects the various housing clusters, while a ring road (RR) encircles the inner residential zone. In the central-western area, a small parking facility (P) and a recreational area are also provided.
Turning to the eastern half, the layout mirrors the west in terms of the prevalence of housing, with numerous residential plots (H) distributed across the section. However, a notable difference is the presence of a more concentrated cluster of public facilities at the centre with a bus stand (B) and a parking zone (P) located. Two recreational areas are also interspersed within the residential zones. In contrast to the western half, industry in the eastern section is relegated to the southern corner, while ring roads (RR) continue to provide circular connectivity throughout.
