Two recreational areas will also be provided inside the ring road, one to the east and another to the south. Outside the ring road, nine additional housing areas will be distributed around the outskirts, including several larger residential zones in the west, east and south. A further recreational area will be situated in the southern section. The two industrial zones will occupy the northwest and southeast corners respectively. The town will also be served by a network of roads extending in different directions and linking the outer districts to the ring road and town centre.
