The given two blueprints provided show the reconstruction of public library with current plan and the condition of 5 years ago.

At the first glance there were more free space and few studying tables there. Another striking point is that, a number of rooms will be added for the cozy of readers.

Looking into details, there were two book shelves on the north and south side, on the contarary, southern book shelves will be changed for the desks of students laptops. In the middle of the library, there were four studying tables for the learners but they are going to multiply. In the southwest there were situated 3 rooms classroom, meeting room and borrowing and returning desk and a recording studio will also be included among them. The library office are going to be a conference hall. Interestingly, the space which was northeast of library, for desks for computers will be desks for students laptops.
