The data consists the table and the two sets of pie charts which show information about the number of visitors of Ashdown Museum and percent of their satisfaction level. A significant increase from the previous year after the refurbishment can be seen, which 92,000 is. Its 18,000 more than before the renovations.
Before the refurbishment, the highest percentage of people were dissatisfied were 40 percent. This was followed by 30 percent of the people visiting the Museum were satisfied. The very dissatisfied visitors were about 10 percent of the respondents. Lastly, only 5 percent had no response to the satisfaction of visiting the Museum.
After the refurbishment of the Museum, the chart illustrates that the percentage of people dissatisfied with the museum’s visit has decreased from before to 15 percent. Which has fallen more than half from before. In contrast, the percentage of very satisfied visitors more than doubled, increasing from 15 to 35 percent. People who were just satisfied increased by 10 percent, totaling up to 40 percent. There was no change in the people who did not respond. However, very dissatisfied people were decreased by half.
