The charts show that, the percentage of households with electrical appliances and number of house work such as; washing clothes, preparing meals, and cleaning by years of 1920 to 2019.

In 1920, 0 of households using refrigenerator but have significant increase over time and by 1980 to 2019 the percentage reached 100%. For washing machine the percentage starts in 40% and slightly increase by 70% in 1960 and then decrease by 5% in 1980. In 2019 reach it’s climax by 10% increase. Meanwhile for vacuum cleaner it starts in 30% and consistently increase by 20% over 20 years. In the 2000 and 2019 it reached 100% percentage.

The chart of number of housework per week show the decrease of housework over the years. It starts in 50 hours in week and significantly dropped by 35 in 1940 and fall again by 20 in 1960. After that, the percentage is remain around 15 hours a week to the year of 2019.
