Overall, in 10 years, there was a remarkable increase in the rates of employment for men and women in Australia, Japan and Ireland. In addition, Australia was a country which had a fast growth over 10 years
The period between 2005 and 2005 witnessed a big upward trend in the amount of employment of men in Australia, starting at 61% and ended at 70%. With the quantity of Australian women employment also experienced the same trend. At the beginning, only 38% was recorded but then it grew to 55% in 2015.
The rate of employment of two genders which happened in Japan, increased gradually in 10 years. For men, the employment rate is 75% before growing steadily to 78% in the final period.
The percentages of men and women the employment of Ireland underwent steady upward trend with accounting for 68% of men in 2005 and continued to increase to 70%. Furthermore, the trend also happened with women employment rates, going up from 45% to 50%
