Overall, there are totally eight steps that are carried out in farms and factories, commencing with collecting fresh oranges and culminating with merchandising at supermarkets.
To start with, the fresh oranges that are gathered on the farms are transported to the factory. Next, the oranges are washed in a machine to remove impurities such as leaves, and branches… After that, the oranges are put into the extraction machine in two parts including orange juice and orange peels, and then the orange peels which are solid waste are the animals feed. Afterwards, a part of the fresh orange juice is packed in cartons and delivered to the supermarket while the rest of the orange juice is transferred to the evaporation plants by refrigerated truck. The next step is concentrating juice by eliminating the water molecules and canning them at the waterhouse. Following that, the cans are sent to the factory to be mixed with water to enhance flavor. Finally, the juice has been gone through the packing process and is conveyed to the supermarket and shop.
