The data gives information about the consumption of mineral water in different parts of the world over a two year period.
Overall, In the year 1999, the Western Europe accounted for the highest share for consuming packaged water whereas the USA and Asia consumed the least. In contrast, in 2001, Asia and the USA showed drastic increment in the ingestion of purified water.
The pie chart shows that in 1999, Western Europe preferred to drink bottled water just around 50% of the world. Australia with 15% emerged as the second largest country to consume still water. Moreover, New Zealand, Latin America, Britishers at 13%,10% and 8% respectively. However, the Americans and Asians showed least concern in using pure water.
Conversely, the bar graph illustrates the growth of using packed water bottles in 2001. Asian people showed the dramatic surge in the consumption of distilled water at 14%. Additionally, New Zealand and Latin America also significantly increased using mineral water both at 12%. On the other hand, the Western Europe delineated decreased growth as compared to rest of the countries merely 4%.
