Dear Sir or Madam,

I am Sara Rashad, one of your frequent customers and I am writing this letter regarding a car rental for my upcoming holiday in London.

I would like to request a vehicle for my upcoming trip to London, which will take place on 14th July and last for two weeks long. As I will arrive in London by flight, it would be great to meet one of your representatives at the airport; my flight number is CAI307, and the arrival time is 8:30 pm.

Furthermore, I would like to inform you that I will bring my family with me, so we need a family car with at least 6 seats besides a suitable place for numerous luggage and camping tools. We also need the vehicle to be suitable for Safari trips, thus, I think Jeep cars will be a perfect match.

Please let me know if you find a car that suits my needs and provide me with the price information. I agree with all payment options, wheither by cash or by credit card.
