In chart one, generally, the percentage in all the four countries had increased. Japan got the highest degree approximately 80 and above in both 1970 and 2000, while Beigium had the lowest at first, but dramatically rose to the second place later in 2000.

In chart two, the extent of woman was not far apart from both years in these four nations. The percent of occupation in Japan was larger than any other country, which with around 40, and Beigium was the last one, having about 7 in 1970 and pulsed one in 2000.

In comparison, men had been labored almost 30 percent more in Australia than that of women in 1970. Moreover, in Beigium, the count of men to be hired were greater for just about 70 percent in 2000.
