The bar chart illustrates how the percentages of employment of men and women in the age of 60-64 in four countries has changed since the year 1970.

Overall, the number of employed men aged 60-64 has significantly dropped in all four countries. It can be observed that the percentages have become lower by a margin of 60% to 8%. In the contrast, the women bar chart is quite sustainable, with the biggest difference persisting just 3%.
