Band 5+: Many people believe study at university is the best way to develop oneself, learn new skills, and find well-paid job. Others people believe that more learned from getting job straight away after school and learning whilst working. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

People believe develop skills can be get from university others believe it can learned as an employee in office after graduate. In my opinion, continue study at university is a must. It will develop many skills which is beneficial for your future such as cognitive, affective, and psychometric skills.

People think study at University will develop knowledge and social skills. Many job’s requirement needed a candidate who are created from university. They need someone who are full of knowledge and skills. Many universities can provide cognitive, affective, and psychometric skills, such as problem solving and critical thinking skills which will be useful in their career. Besides, the reputation of the university may one of the factor that make you pass the selection.

On the other hand, getting job straight after graduate may be beneficial for some people who are work in business field. They need more work experience such as how to target the customer, reach the goals, and analyse market which is more practical than learn it at university. People will faced the reality and overcome the problems during the process. It will sounds more realistic rather than learn the theory at class.

However, in my point of view, I believe study at university have many advantages. First, it will enrich knowledge through a variety of assignments and exams. There are plenty kinds of assignment such as project which can bring us to face the problem in reality. Moreover, study at university give more chance to learn from experts and listen their successful story. Second, become a student at university will develop social skills and attitude. The learning process will help students to become more socialize with others and even they need to coordinate their assignment together. It will help improve their collaborations skills and self-discipline.

Becoming a students at university or getting job after graduate may have positive and negative impact to person’s life. However, the university can give all in once. They will get sufficient knowledge while develop their attitude and social skills. These will help us in the future.
