Nowadays, there are diverse opinions regarding whether it is better to be employed in a larger company or not. While some holds the view that it is more beneficial to be a part of a smaller company compared to a bigger one. Personally I agree with working in a big organisation. There are myriad reasons for my choice, two of which are to be fully discussed in the following paragraphs.
First and foremost, large businesses provide greate opportunities for their employees in camparison with small ones. That is to say, emloyees are exposed to better salaries, insurance, hosing benefits, and getting promotion. Moreover, large companies may be located internationally, giving access to their workers enhancing their skills and reach personal developments by rotating between company’s branches. For example, Google company’s workers seek useful opportunities by relocating between various branches, fostering their capabilities both personally and professionally. In other words, they gain a chance to communicate with senior managers of other branches, who are more expert in their related field, in order to grasp more fruitful information, assisting them to get promotion easily.
The other worthwhile reason to be mentioned is that small organizations struggle with more competitors. The more the business is small, the more it is vulnerable to face crisis in the world. Moreover, small companies’ tarde and profit margins are limited For instance, during COVID-19, enormous small companies and start-ups encountered huge financial crisis, resulting in their shut down. Consequently, a lot of employers lost their work.
In conclusion, the benefits of working in big comapnies outweigh it’s disadvantages. there are tremendous advantageous for employees who choose working in large businesses. All in all, they not only access crucial merits and perks, but they also lower the risk of being unemployed and losing their job, as well as their whole capital.
