Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to bring to your attention a problem that I recently faced with my credit card account statement.
I am Merve Akyüz. My customer number is 1234567. I live in Istanbul. I have been a customer of Ziraat Bank for eight years. Since I was 18 years old, I have used my Ziraat credit card, and until now, I have never seen anything like this problem on my account statement before.
As you can check from my former expenses, I always try to keep my purchase amount the same as the money in my bank. However, in the document dated May 19, 2024, there appear to be some payments that I did not make, and those are much higher than my limit. Additionally, the brand that was purchased is a technology company in Ankara where I have never been. It must be physically impossible for the payment to occur while the card is in my purse.
I believe that my card was copied due to a security vulnerability in your IT department. I kindly request that you make arrangements to cancel my current accounts to prevent future purchases. Also, I need you to edit my account statement and remove the shopping that I have not made.
Best Regards,
Merve Akyüz
