At a glance, it can be seen that the highest percentage of indian male and female students who were proficiented in a foreign language than others countries. By contrast, the percentage of chinese male and female pupils were lowest proficiented in a foreign language.
It can be seen from the graph, indian students who proficiented in a foreign language were highest in the year,at female students approximately 68%and male students nearly 58% respectively. For the same time, Romanian students more proficiented in a foreign language at nearly 65%and male almost 42% respectively. However, the proportion of proficiented in a another language was highest in Vietnam students during the other countries.
