Both breakfast and snacks contribute the same percentages, each at 14%, while saturated fat and dinner again lead at 37%, whereas lunch and snacks are at 26% and 21%, respectively. Breakfast contains the least saturated fat at 16%.
When it comes to added sugar, snacks are the main source, contributing 42%, while dinner and lunch make up 23% and 19%, respectively. Breakfast remains the lowest level here as well, at 16%.
