The map illustrates the development of the Dalton town from 1915 to 2015.
Overall, it can be seen that the Dalton experienced a strongly change to improve more modern which can bring financial benefits. While the left-hand side was changed almost, the right-hand side had retained some original features.
On the left-hand side, from 1915 to 2015, the Dalton forest was located in the top left corner, which was replaced by many action adapted to constant life. There was a resident area being in front of an industrial zone with the unchanged Dalton river. Beside that, a hospital was established with a view of some remained trees from the forest in the past. The two mill was separated by a small flow over time then a new bridge was built in 2015.
On the right-hand side, with the purpose of enhancing the quality of living, there was more houses was built to reconfigure the vacant area with some trees. A school also was located in the middle of the housing which was in front of the Dalton Hall. Dalton Hall also was expanded larger creating a replacement of the position of animal-working place and the farm by a biofuel, a large number of houses and an airport respectively. The road and bridge way also converted to more easy-going which was near to the Dalton river.
