The graphs show the data of Riverdale Public School system from year 2005 to 2020. One has the reports collected for spending and other has the information of students getting passing grades.
There was a constant decrease in spending were as grades remains constant with little bit of fluctuations.
Riverdale Public school system spent 12,000 dollars per pupil in the year 2005 with the decrease of two thousand dollars in 5 years. Over the next ten years numbers slowly decreased to $8000. On the other hand, above 85 percentage of students were getting passing grades and decreased to 80% at slow pace over the years.
Overall, both the graphs had a downward trend. I believe decreased amount in spendings per pupil effects the quality of education which might be one of the reasons for the decrease in lower grades of students.
