In our continuously changing world, where life gets sophisticated day after the other, we have been seeing a decline in the number of employees around the world due to distinct reasons. Yet, our governments are still not giving this matter that importance that it needs. So why don’t we change their point of view on this aspect?
Unemployment rate effects our world in vast ways. Even though it does not affect our countries majorly nowadays, but it will in our unforeseen future. Unemployment rates are increasing as each year more and more people are graduating from universities, However, the number of jobs that those graduates are offered are limited, which causes our youth to get influenced and brainwashed by the streets causing them to start or get included in illegal businesses such as drugs, piracy and etc….
On the other hand, some of our youths are getting forced by their parents to work in fields out of their expertise leading them to get depressed over the years they spent in colleges and universities which can cause them into having severe crisis which might result them into being alcoholics hence, causing an increase in crime rates.
Therefore, our governments should work together to restrict the spread of unemployment throughout the world and stop its venom from destroying the healthy minds of the youths. Governments should lower the age of retirement, forcing older people to step aside in early ages to allow younger people to fulfil their jobs. Also, governments should start giving out business loans to the public, especially when the business is fully planned and studied, without asking for high interest when paying back. This would encourage more people to start their own businesses which will increase the number of vacant jobs in our world, meaning that unemployment rate will start to get reduced.
