The proportiones of jobless people among Irish residents and migrants leaving Irland, in the period of three decade from year of 1988, are demonstrated by the line graph.
Overall, it is clear that, initially, unemplyment rate and numbers of emigrants were higher, moreover, in the next 20 years, both indicators had been dropped, which then showed growth.
In the 1988, Unemployment rate was at its peak by illustrating approximatly 17%, ,which fell to 13% in the first two years and slightly rose to 15% in 1992. Consequently, number of workless residents had plumbed sharply by 2000 with results below to 6%, that revealed moderate increase from 2000 to 2008.
Firstly, number of emigrants was also showed peak at 60000 in 1988, and decreased dramatically to 35000, in 1992. Furthemore, to 2002, the proportion of expat had decliened to below half of the initial result as 25000, and then surged to 50000, in the end of the given years
