Both countries had the same rate of economic affairs and education, at above 4%. As well as that, the ratio recorded a low budget on environmental protection at roughly 1%.
As with Germany, the Uk’s proportion was the highest spending on health, at 7.8%. Conversely, unlike Germany, this was followed by education, its figure was at 6.4%.
The rate of economic affairs spending accounted for 4.4% and allocated solely 1% to environmental protection but it was more than others did. Additionally, the Uk devoted less of its budget to public services, made up at only 4.6% and this was more than half of Italy’s share.
