Overall, it can be seen that in African and South Asian regions the women’s level of intelligence is not as high as men’s level, while Central Asia and European countries demonstrate equality in terms of education for both genders.
To begin with, Central Asia has the highest rate of literacy among both genders at 100%. Similarly, Central and Eastern Europes have the same number among men and women at approximately 96%. As for East Asia and Pacific zone, the men’s literacy rate is as high as in Europe at 96%, while the women’s average rate is at around 92%.
Regarding Latin America and Carribean, the men’s rate is approximately 90%, while the women’s level is about 85%. Turning to Arab states, the men’s average rate is as high as women’s level in Latin America at 85%. However, the women’s educational level in Arab zones is approximately 79%. As for South and West Asia and African areas, the women’s rates are the same at 60%, whereas the men’s are about 80% and 70%, respectively.
