It is widely suggested that the fundamental purpose of job is huge bank balance and more than work peace. I partially disagree with this view on the basis that peace of mind is a required and basic need of a person.
Admittledly, it is true that a good salary package make you enable to buy or spend money as you like which gives a satisfaction. for instance, every year millions of citizens move to another country of handsome salaries and prioritize it over comfort which they get with their families. If, in contrast, relying only on minimum salary will make a person greedy and develop a habit of compromises on needs.
However, there are various other crucial functions which can outweigh the benefits of enough salary over work comfort. Firstly, without a peace of mind a person will not perform daily tasks effectively. In other words, he searches for other things to relieve dissatisfaction that creating negative effects on performance. Furthermore, money is just a piece of paper but relaxation and peace of mind help individuals in continuity of work.
In conclusion, while a good salary package is necessary and one of the main purposes if doing a job, at the same time satisfaction can be more significant for succeeding in life in a more comprehensive way.
