Looking at the illustration, it is immediately evident that some old features were still there, whereas others such as wall had all gone. Additionally, over the period, the park had undergone dramatic transformations with several large changes including barbecue, picnic areas and new seating zone.
In 1980, the pond with some benchs around this have remained unchanged, so did a lot of flowers. However, that two fields of flowers have already removed. Similarly, the picnic tables, barbecue in the west of park has disappeared and has been turned into a children’s play area in the east.
By that year, some features of the park have been expanded. Around the pond with the main road in the middle has been expanded to connect and provide better access to new areas. Some different structures have disappeared completely. The large number of trees in the north has been cleared and the surrounding wall has also been demolished, which has made the park look more open.
