The line graph illustrates the international tourism pattern of Venezuelian students from 2011 to 2014 where Paris, London and Italy have been highlighted as their destinations.
Overall, the graph depicts a picture that the number of students visiting other countries has increased in 2014 compared to 2011, even though the pattern encountered some fluctuations in between.
In 2011, most number of Venezuelian students took Rome as their destination as at the graph shows at around 18000 students chose the Italian capital, whereas 15000 opted for London, and 10000 of the students went to Paris. However, Rome has seen quite a bit of fluctuation in number of students visit over the years as it dropped by nearly 5,000 in the next year, rose another almost 5,000 in 2013 and again dropped by a little in the year 0f 2014 when at around 16,000 students visited the Rome.
Meanwhile, students visiting to Paris in 2011 was the lowest. However, over the next two years the trend shows the visitors’ arrival in the French capital have only increased. For instances, nearly 14,000 students in 2012 and a little over 20,000 students visited Paris in 2012, which is the highest number of Venezuelian students visiting in a city in this timeframe. In 2014, the students visiting in Paris declined a little to around 16,000, which is also more than the visitors Rome saw this year.
Among the three European cities, London has seen lesser fluctuation in terms of Venezuelian student visitors. The number has grown steadily each year with no record of declination. For instances, 15,000 in 2011, a little more in the year next, nearly 16,000, and around 17,000 in 2013. The year 2014, however, saw a big leap in Venezuelian students visitors with a rise of 3,000 students approximately from the previous year.
