The dry method of coffee production process involves several sequential stages. Overall, the process starts with the bean sorting stage, followed by the cleaning and drying of coffee beans. The complex process demands twelve steps.
Firstly, coffee beans are sorted by hand. They should go through the cleaning process, which uses sieves. Upon cleaning, the beans are then put into drying in the sun so that they dry over a 4-week period. These beans are then raked and turned before being stored in a silo for an extended period and preparing to be delivered to the mill.
Followed stages: people hulling these beans, after which, grading through a grid, resulting in coffee that is put into bags. In the next stage, ready coffee is sold to the customer, while these beans are roasted by tools. Finally, processed coffee is packed into bags and sold in the market.
