Working is essential for people to be able to support their lives, which lead to various kinds of career paths. However, not every occupation can maintain good financial support, especially in this competitive economy. Therefore, it affects the decision of most people in choosing between jobs that secures their financial security or work in the field that they are passionate about but with less income.
Different types of professions can result in different kinds of outcomes, despite how important their role is. For example, lawyers would be paid a greater amount than a teacher, even though both of their roles are important. The difference in wages can also be affected by the level of complication that a career would need to acquire, such as medical staff or health care workers would need to finish a certain degree level for around six years. Meanwhile painters or any art related field does not require any certain education and on average would have less profit, which most of the time is not enough to maintain a secure life especially in this economy.
Therefore, many of those decide their future prospects based on their income, due to the fact of the different salary that each specialty can offer. However, there are many subjects that have proven to be successful in the art industry, earning a massive sum of money.
In the business world it is highly competitive, which could lead to a mass of unemployeds in the society. This matter of fact is generally caused by the amount of adults who focus more on earning a high payment rather than expanding their hobbies or interests, causing a high peak of new employment that is continuously rising each year. The availability in the working field is not enough to cover each individual, therefore many would be rejected and end up unemployed.
Although some types of industry are more guaranteed to have a successfully sustained future, I think it is better to not limit the capability of someone’s interests to extend their talents due to the sake of money. I personally think that hobbies or talents should be one of the reasons that needs to be considered in making decisions for the future.
