Due to technological advancement, computer is being used widely in every field of life specially, in Education. Some people argue, that computer and internet is more important for children’s study than school and teachers. While other considered teachers and schools are more important for children’s study. In this essay, I will discuss both the views deeply.
Those who think that schools and teachers are more important argue that; teacher is a role model for children in every society. Student not only get academic help from teacher but also take help and guidance in the matters of his everyday life. A good teacher is like a guardian who protect their children from every danger. A teachers guides the students about the norms and values of the society. They stand with their students in every tough situation and helps them financially and morally.
The other aspect which is very much under nowadays is school, many people think that school create uniformity and discipline in the children. A school is a place from where child learn that everyone is equal. It erases class structure, caste system from the child’s mind. A school going children is more punctual and hardworking as compare to other children’s.
Moreover, few people have think that computer is more important than anything else. Computer can give answers quickly. By studding through computer student can safe himself from travel and many other things. E learning is a best option for students.
To conclude the discussion, I personally believe that the role of computer as well as teacher and school are very much important in every society. Computer can solve questions quickly, but for the understanding of the solution children needs a tutor or teacher. There is no respectful profession in the world except teaching. We cannot ignore the significance of teacher and school.
