The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing chipboard from wood, which is used to m ake furniture.
Overall, the process consists of 2 big major namely prepareation, and production, with 9 component steps. Beginning with cutting tree and concluding with making furniture.
At the first stage, trees are cleared to make logs for making chipboard. Then, those logs are assembled neatly by piling the logs up. Subsequently, those are put into a machine to wood chips. Before being storage from one to four weeks, the chips are dried for 24 hours.
At the following stage, a mixtue are made by mixing dried chips, glue, and wax in order to prepare for the forming stage. Once the mixture is ready, it is put in to a mould to form the furniture, such as tables, chairs,..Having been shaping, the furniture is put under pressure to constitute a chipboard. Finally, the chipboard is use to make furniture and then the products are put on the market.
