There are 9 distinct steps are divided into two main stages: preparation and production. The process starts with collecting wood from forests and ends with creating funiture pieces.
Regarding to preparation stage, after collecting wood by cutting down lots of trees, those undergo trimming to become identical logs. Afyer that, they is fed into specialized machine to press into wood chips, Subsequently, they are dried by using steam and hot air in a machine about 24 hours. Finally of this stage, the process need approximately 1 to 2 weeks in storages.
The pieces of wood which are stored are mixed with glue and wax to create binding mixture. After that, that mixture is poured into the moulds to form those, then press them into shape to product chipboards. The diagram is coming to the last stage, those chipboards are used to product varous furniture items such as tables, chairs and so on
