A great part of the population still suffer from insufficiency of the food, albeit, there is a technical enhancement in the agricultural sphere. The main reason is the poor management of the sources. However, it can be solved by giving control to the more advanced country.
First of all, many countries can not wisely organize the spending of the food. The government may distribute most of the heritage to the elite mainly because of the power of money. Moreover, there is a tendency to waste food that leads to the huge organic garbage. For example, In the countries like Nigeria, where technical production highly improved and the cost of the human resources is the lowest of the possible, most of the people can not afford expensive, qualitive food.
Second of all, such authorities should share the control to the more developed ones. By distributing the successful experience and teaching it, will be more efficient for everyone. In the modern era, the idea of charities become more widespread and can be more useful if will be used in the right and appropriate direction. For instance, Japan can apply the theories and practical knowledge with the Africa, in the term of correct organizing of the resources amongst big number of nation.
To conclude, a significant portion of the mankind have poverty and experience the need of food. It may be caused by awful priorities of the powerful people in the country, although to tackle the issue authorities should interpret foreign solutions to the local area.
