Overall, in 1998 Germany was the highest at spending money on food and other goods while the English people were the lowest in spending money on both either on food or any other needs.
first of all, looking up to the year of 1998 among all the three mentioned countries Germany had the most people that were concern about food. French people were spending less on food but in England there were the least money spenders on food. In 2008 there were a significant change that French people were tend to spend more money on food more than Germany and England.
By the addition, France had the majority of people who spent money on any other goods in 2008 meanwhile, the German were not putting much money on the other things. Back in to 1998 France and England were close in numbers and Germany had more spenders on the goods.
