overall, it can seen that in the beginning tokyo and london decrease considerebly to -7%, but at the end especially london had the most highest prices.

in the beginnign of period, clearly in 1990 and 1995 tokyo and madrid reduce enormously by -7% while also in new york had bad percantage with -5%. But despie these new york and frankfurt was highest than other three countries. noe wyork had got about 2 percentage and in germany had 3%.

in the end of period between 1996 and 2002 the eprcentage of tokyo houses changed from -7% to -5%.and others especially london in 1996-2002 was stable the most popular and the highest one among other 3 countries. also in new york had changes, the USA went up from -5 to 5% it was a substantially climb. but germany’s houses almost did not change and the last one madrid peaked rapidly by 2 percentage
